Congrats to former Pioneer legend and Marist RedHawk, Jimmy Rolder on his commitment to further his academic and football career at the University of Michigan! Jimmy is named 2021 All-Conference CCL/ESCC Blue, the toughest conference in Illinois. A 4 Star senior, Jimmy was 2021 ESCC All-Conference for baseball and 2021. Named Catholic Blue Defensive Player of the Year in football. Semifinalist for the Butkus Award honoring the Nation's best Linebackers. Jimmy is committed to continuing his academic and football career at the University of Michigan after receiving football scholarship offers from Ohio State, LSU, TCU, the University of Iowa, Cincinnati, Purdue University, Ball State, the University of Minnesota, the University of Wisconsin, the University of Florida and the University of Illinois. Jimmy maintains a 5.4 GPA at Marist High School. Jimmy was recently named to the 8A IHSA All State Defensive Team by Prep Redzone Illinois.
Jimmy, the whole country now knows what we have known since you started playing football as a seven year old Pioneer! We are so prould of you and can't wait to see what you will do next! Actually we already know....CHOOSE TO BE GREAT!

Congrats to Coach Todd Shelton and the JV Pioneers on winning the RVYFL Championship! The Pioneers went 11-0 eing only the second team in Pioneer history to have a PERFECT season!!!! The Pioneers beat the New Lenox Jr. Warriors, 19-13!

2018 IRCA State championships Flag Cheer, LW, JV and Varsity all took home a 1st Place Trophy tonight. SLW advances to Day 2 and took 3rd. We are SO proud of all our cheer teams!!!

Thank you to our 2018 Pioneer Families on a great year end banquet as well as we say farewell to our President John Stefanos and Athletic Director Mark Mikesell. Thank you for so many years of leadership, volunteering and guiding our program to achive our goals in football and cheerleading. Pioneer Alumni returned for this special event to say farewell. It was great to have them all there.

Jadon Thompson selected by U.S. Army Bowl Jadon Thompson former Pioneer and Marist sophomore starting on Varsity for the undefeated RedHawks has been selected to the 2018 National Combine by the US Army All-American Bowl selection committee! Congratulations!

We would like to congratulate former Orland Park Pioneer and current starting right tackle of the AFC Champion Denver Broncos #79 Michael Schofield on his trip to Super Bowl 50. We wish Michael the best of luck as he prepares for the big game. Michael graduated from Sandburg High School and played for the Michigan Wolverines before being drafted in the third round of the 2014 NFL Draft.
